Find below a list of our rates for the different rooms we have available. These rates could vary, so it is always a good idea to confirm the rates when making reservations. Prices include a generous hot and cold buffet breakfast served between 8am-9:30am. Continental breakfast available from 7am-8am by prior arrangement. Room only rates available for early departures.

Please note that check in is 1pm - 9:30pm. Check out is 10am on day of departure. The entire guest house including all guest rooms is a no smoking area. We do not have a lift/elevator. Pets by arrangement only. Advanced bookings in July and August for 2 nights or more only.

We are open for business May to September.

We are superbly located on the esplanade on the edge of the town centre. Five minutes level walk to pubs, shops, restaraunts etc. Ten minutes walk to the ferry, bus and train terminals. We do not provide private off street parking but we do have three public pay and display car parks adjacent to us. The Corran Halls is across the road.

All rooms have digital Freeview televisions and the building has wireless broadband available for guests at no charge.
